Please check in 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment to complete initial paperwork.

Late arrivals will not receive a full extension of scheduled treatment.

A major credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all spa appointments.

Cancellation of less than 24 hours or NO SHOWS will be charged up to 100% of the service, and gift certificates will be reduced up to the full value.

All gift certificates and pre-purchase cards expire one year from date of purchase.

As a courtesy to all of our guests, no cell phones or pagers are allowed in the Day Spa.

Sweetgrass Wellness Spring reserves the right to refuse service at any time if necessary. Prices, special offers, and programs are subject to change without notice, and without compensation or liability unless otherwise advised in writing.
